What the program is
The BINS APP Operator Growth Program™ is a set of optional benefits available to operators in good standing on the platform. It covers equipment procurement support, access to third-party financing pathways, branded equipment participation and priority consideration for eligible work.
The program is a benefit layer on top of the Operator Agreement, not a separate business relationship. Your Operator Agreement, the Operator Performance Policy and these terms all apply while you participate.
Registering on BINS APP and receiving job alerts is free, and no monthly subscription is required to join. Participation in this program is likewise optional and carries no membership fee.
Eligibility
To be considered for program benefits, an operator account must be active and must pass the quality gate described in the Operator Performance Policy. In practice that means current documents, a verified payout account, and rating, on-time and cancellation figures within the configured thresholds.
Eligibility is assessed continuously against a rolling measurement window, currently the trailing 60 days. Eligibility can therefore be gained and lost as your figures move.
Meeting the eligibility criteria makes you eligible to be considered. It does not entitle you to any particular benefit, quantity of equipment, financing outcome or volume of work.
Program tiers
The program is organized into tiers. Each tier is associated with a level of equipment support and is reached by accumulating completed jobs and fleet credits within the measurement window while continuing to pass the quality gate.
- Starter
- The entry tier. Available to eligible operators with no completed-job history required.
- Growth
- Reached with a modest completed-job record and at least one fleet credit in the window.
- Pro
- Reached with a sustained completed-job record and a larger fleet-credit balance.
- Fleet
- The highest tier. Requires the largest completed-job record and credit balance, and additionally requires commercial eligibility.
The specific job counts, credit requirements and equipment quantities attached to each tier are configuration values. They can be adjusted, and they can vary by market. The values that apply to your account are shown in your operator portal.
Fleet credits
Fleet credits are an internal progress measure used to track earned standing within the program. They accrue from completed work in the measurement window, and completed jobs run on BINS APP branded equipment accrue credits at a higher rate than jobs run on unbranded equipment.
- Fleet credits have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or redeemed for money.
- Credits are calculated on a rolling window, so a balance can decrease as older work ages out.
- Credits do not constitute a security, a loyalty currency, a deposit or a promise of equipment.
- Credits associated with an account do not survive termination of that account.
Equipment procurement
Eligible operators can configure equipment in the platform and submit it to our team as a pricing request. A member of the team responds with a quote for the configuration you asked about.
Pricing is not published on the site because it varies by configuration, market and supply partner. Any figure shown to you before a quote is issued is an estimate for planning purposes only.
Applications move through pending, in review, approved, denied and withdrawn states, and the current state is visible in your portal. Submitting a configuration or an application is a request, not an order, and creates no obligation on either side until a written agreement is signed.
Financing pathways
Where financing is discussed in connection with equipment, it is provided by third parties, not by BINS APP.
BINS APP is not a lender, a broker, a credit intermediary or a financial adviser. It does not underwrite applications, does not extend credit, and does not offer rates or terms. Approval, pricing and terms are decided solely by the third-party provider, and no approval is guaranteed.
The Financing Disclaimer sets out these limitations in full and applies to every reference to financing on this platform.
Branded equipment
Operators may choose to run BINS APP branded equipment, their own company branding, or a mix. Branding is applied to equipment you own; participating does not transfer ownership of your equipment or any interest in your business.
Branded equipment represents the platform in your market, so it carries standards for condition, presentation and service performance. Those standards, and the terms on which BINS APP marks may be used, are set out in the Branding Program Terms.
Priority consideration
Program standing is one of the inputs used when eligible jobs are distributed. Operators who pass the quality gate and hold a higher tier are prioritized for consideration on eligible work in their service area.
Priority consideration is not exclusivity, a territory, a guaranteed volume of jobs, or a guaranteed share of work. Job availability depends on customer demand, service area, equipment type and timing, none of which the program controls.
This is not a franchise
The program does not sell or grant a franchise, an area development agreement, a distributorship or a territory. There is no franchise fee, no territory purchase, no exclusive area and no requirement to operate under BINS APP’s direction.
Participating operators keep their own business, their own customers, their own equipment and their own pricing outside the platform. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, agency or joint-venture relationship.
Changes, suspension and withdrawal
BINS APP may change program tiers, thresholds, credit rules, benefits and availability, and may suspend or discontinue the program in whole or in part.
Participation may be suspended or ended where an operator no longer passes the quality gate, breaches the Operator Agreement or the Branding Program Terms, allows required insurance or licensing to lapse, or engages in unsafe or abusive conduct.
You can withdraw from the program at any time. Withdrawing does not by itself end your operator account, and it does not affect obligations you have already taken on with a third party, including any financing agreement you signed with a third-party provider.
No guarantees
Nothing in these terms or in any program material is a guarantee of revenue, growth, job volume, equipment availability, financing approval, or business success. Program benefits are described as pathways that qualified operators may access.
Any figures used in program materials to illustrate how tiers, credits or estimates work are illustrative only and are not projections of what your business will earn.
