This Dumpster Rental Terms Addendum applies to all dumpster rentals booked through the BINS APP platform.
By placing an order through BINS APP, the customer agrees to the following additional terms and conditions.
Rental Duration
Customers must select a rental duration when placing an order. Rental durations may include one-day, three-day, or seven-day rental periods depending on availability.
The rental period begins when the dumpster is delivered.
Extensions and Overtime Fees
If a customer keeps a dumpster beyond the agreed rental period without prior approval, additional daily rental charges may apply.
Placement and Permits
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to the placement site.
If placement requires a street permit, city permit, or HOA approval, the customer is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions prior to delivery.
Placement and Surface Damage
Dumpsters placed on driveways, streets, or other surfaces may cause damage depending on weight and ground conditions. Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate placement location.
Protective boards or barriers may be recommended when placing dumpsters on sensitive surfaces.
Weight Limits and Heavy Materials
- Dumpster rentals include a specified weight limit.
- Heavy materials such as concrete, dirt, brick, or roofing shingles may require specialized heavy-material dumpsters.
- Overloading a dumpster beyond specified weight limits may result in overweight charges or refusal of pickup.
Each dumpster includes a weight limit. Loads exceeding the included weight may incur additional disposal charges. Customers agree to accept responsibility for overweight loads and any resulting fees.
Prohibited Materials Policy
To protect our operators, customers, and the environment, the following materials are strictly prohibited in all BINS APP dumpsters.
Hazardous Waste
Paints, oils, solvents, pesticides, batteries, and other hazardous or toxic materials cannot be disposed of in rented dumpsters.
Chemicals & Flammables
Gasoline, propane tanks, aerosol cans, fireworks, and any flammable or explosive substances are strictly forbidden.
Medical & Biological Waste
Sharps, pharmaceuticals, blood, or any biohazardous and infectious materials must never be placed in a dumpster.
Electronics & Appliances
Televisions, computers, refrigerators, and appliances containing refrigerants require separate, certified disposal.
Complete List of Prohibited Items
The following materials are strictly prohibited from being placed in dumpsters ordered through the BINS APP platform:
- Hazardous waste
- Chemicals
- Paint
- Asbestos
- Batteries
- Fuel or oil
- Propane tanks
- Medical waste
- Flammable liquids
- Explosives
- Tires
- Any material prohibited by local landfill regulations
Prohibited items must not be loaded into dumpsters. Customers may be subject to fines, hazardous materials processing fees, or item removal charges if prohibited waste is discovered.
Consequences of Violation
Customers may be subject to fines, hazardous materials processing fees, or item removal charges if prohibited waste is discovered in a dumpster.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that prohibited materials are not placed in dumpsters.
If prohibited materials are discovered, additional disposal fees, environmental penalties, or refusal of pickup may occur.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless BINS APP and its operators from any fines, penalties, cleanup costs, or damages resulting from improper disposal.
Limitation of Liability
BINS APP acts solely as a technology platform and is not responsible for property damage resulting from dumpster placement by independent operators. Operators are responsible for performing services safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Governing law
BINS APP CORP is located in Orlando, FL. This document is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
The state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida are the agreed venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to this document, except where applicable law requires a different venue. Nothing here is intended to waive a right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
