For Customers
Booking, pricing, sizes, materials, placement, changes and pickup — for homeowners, renters and anyone booking a single job.
Booking & scheduling
Start from Book a Service and choose dumpster rental, junk removal, tree service or porta potty rental. Enter the job location and details, review the available options and pricing, then confirm and pay securely. Your request goes to verified local providers who cover that area.
Availability depends on the market, the service and the equipment you need. Booking earlier gives you more scheduling options, and same-day or next-day availability is not guaranteed in every area. The booking flow shows the scheduling options that are actually available for your address before you confirm.
Usually not, as long as the provider has clear access to the placement location and any instructions you added to the booking. If a gate code, a specific driveway or a tight access path is involved, add it in the job details or message your provider before the scheduled window.
Yes. Once a provider accepts the job you can follow its status through your orders — accepted, assigned, en route, on site and complete — and message the provider directly from the same place.
Coverage depends on the independent providers registered in each market. Entering your job address during booking is the fastest way to see what is available near you. If nothing is available yet in your area, that generally means no registered provider covers it for that service.
Pricing & payments
Pricing depends on the service, the size or scope of the job, the rental length you select, your location and the materials involved. You see the price for your specific job in the booking flow before anything is confirmed.
The price you review before confirming covers the service you selected. Additional charges only apply in the situations disclosed in the rental terms — for example keeping a rental longer than the period you booked, exceeding the included weight allowance, or placing prohibited materials in a container.
Payments for services booked through BINS APP are processed securely through Stripe. Card details are handled by the payment processor rather than stored by the independent provider serving your job.
Cancellation and refund handling depends on how far the job has progressed — a booking that has not been dispatched is treated differently from one where equipment has already been delivered or a crew has already mobilized. Cancel or change a booking as early as possible from your orders, and see the Customer Rental Agreement for the terms that apply.
Some markets offer optional add-ons such as cancellation coverage or driveway protection during booking. Where they are offered, they are shown with their cost before you confirm and can be removed if you do not want them.
Sizes, weight & prohibited materials
Each size is listed with its typical use cases during booking. As a general guide, smaller containers suit single-room cleanouts and small renovations, mid-size containers suit larger remodels and roofing work, and the largest sizes suit construction and whole-property cleanouts. If you are between sizes, consider the weight of your material as well as its volume.
Dumpster rentals include a specified weight limit. Loads exceeding the included weight may incur additional disposal charges, and overloading a container beyond its specified limit may result in overweight charges or refusal of pickup.
Heavy materials such as concrete, dirt, brick or roofing shingles may require a specialized heavy-material dumpster. Tell us what you are disposing of during booking so you are matched with the right equipment rather than hitting a weight problem on pickup day.
Hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, asbestos, batteries, fuel or oil, propane tanks, medical waste, flammable liquids, explosives, tires and anything prohibited by local landfill regulations cannot be placed in a BINS APP dumpster. Electronics and appliances containing refrigerants require separate, certified disposal.
Customers are responsible for ensuring prohibited materials are not placed in a dumpster. If prohibited materials are discovered, additional disposal fees, environmental penalties or refusal of pickup may occur. The Prohibited Materials policy covers this in full.
Placement, permits & property
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to the placement site and for choosing an appropriate location. Driveways, streets and other surfaces can be affected by weight and ground conditions, so consider surface type as well as access.
If placement requires a street permit, city permit or HOA approval, the customer is responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions before delivery. Requirements vary by municipality, so check with your local authority or HOA if the container will sit anywhere other than private property you control.
Placement on driveways, streets or other surfaces may cause damage depending on weight and ground conditions. Protective boards or barriers may be recommended on sensitive surfaces. BINS APP acts as a technology platform and is not responsible for property damage resulting from placement by independent operators — see Insurance & Liability for the full position.
Changes, extensions & pickup
You select a rental duration when placing an order — commonly one-day, three-day or seven-day periods depending on availability. The rental period begins when the dumpster is delivered.
Yes. Request an extension from your order or message your provider before the period ends. Keeping a dumpster beyond the agreed rental period without prior approval may result in additional daily rental charges.
Yes. You can request an early pickup if you finish sooner, or a swap if you filled the container and need another. Both are handled from your order so the provider gets the request with the job details attached.
Pickup is scheduled from your order. Make sure the container is accessible, not overloaded above the fill line, and free of prohibited materials so the driver can complete the pickup on the first attempt.
Message your provider first — most scheduling and access issues resolve fastest that way. If it is not resolved, contact the BINS APP team through the contact page or at info@binsapp.ai with your order details.
Professionals & commercial
For Professionals & Commercial
Repeat bookings, multiple job sites, negotiated pricing structures, invoicing and account access — for contractors, property professionals, builders, developers and commercial accounts.
Repeat work & multiple sites
Yes. Professionals book from the same account across projects, so job history, saved details and documentation stay in one place instead of starting from scratch on every job.
Yes. Multiple active jobs across different addresses can run from a single account, each with its own status, provider and documentation. Builders and commercial accounts with many concurrent sites are supported through BINS APP Commercial.
Yes. Dumpster rentals, junk removal, tree services and porta potty rentals are all bookable from the same account, which is usually the reason professionals consolidate onto the platform in the first place.
Roofers, remodelers, renovators, general contractors, house flippers, real estate investors, restoration companies, landscapers, property managers and maintenance companies — anyone who needs cleanup and site services again and again rather than once.
Commercial accounts, rates & invoicing
Blanket rates are negotiated pricing structures designed to apply consistently across eligible projects and locations for approved commercial customers. Structures are agreed with the commercial team rather than published as a standard rate card.
Apply through the commercial account page. The commercial team reviews the application and follows up on project volume, locations and the account structure you need. You can also talk to sales first if you would rather scope it out before applying.
Invoicing and consolidated billing arrangements are handled as part of an approved commercial account rather than through standard checkout. The commercial team can confirm what is available for your account structure.
Commercial customers sign in through the BINS APP commercial portal. Access for additional team members is set up with your account contact so project managers and site supervisors can order against the same account.
Approved commercial accounts are supported by a dedicated account team, with centralized service procurement, multi-project management and commercial reporting across sites.
Providers & operators
For Providers
Registration, documentation, job alerts, dispatch, proof of work, payouts and growth — for dumpster owners, junk-removal companies, tree services and portable sanitation operators.
Registration & documentation
Free to Register. Free to Receive Job Alerts. No Monthly Subscription Required to Join.
Independent businesses that own or operate the equipment and crews to perform the work: dumpster and roll-off owners, junk-removal companies, tree services and portable sanitation operators. You register for the services you actually run.
Expect to provide business details plus insurance and licensing documentation appropriate to your service and market. Requirements vary by service type and jurisdiction, and documentation is collected on file before an account receives work.
Registration itself takes minutes. Verification depends on how quickly your documentation is submitted and reviewed. You can check status from your account, and you will be told if anything is missing or needs to be re-uploaded.
Yes. Operators who run multiple lines of business — for example roll-offs and junk removal — can apply to offer additional services from the same operator account.
Job alerts, accepting work & dispatch
Jobs that match your service type and service area reach you as eligible job alerts. There is no monthly subscription required to join and no fee to receive those alerts.
No. You review the job, the location and the schedule, then accept or decline. Acceptance and completion history does factor into operator performance, which influences placement — see the Operator Performance Policy.
From the dispatch screen, assign the job to the right driver and truck in your fleet, then dispatch. Different jobs can go to different drivers across your whole fleet from the same screen.
No. BINS APP is mobile-first dispatch from anywhere, with API-synchronized desktop capability for operators who prefer a traditional office workflow. Changes made on mobile synchronize with desktop and changes made on desktop synchronize with mobile.
Proof of work is photo documentation captured on placement and completion that attaches to the job record. It protects both you and the customer if a placement, damage or completion question comes up later, and it is part of running a clean job record on the platform.
Payouts, performance & growth
Payouts for completed work are issued through Stripe on the platform payout schedule. Your payout account is connected during onboarding, and earnings and payout activity are visible from your operator wallet.
Acceptance, on-time delivery, completion and customer ratings are tracked per operator. Performance history influences visibility and eligibility for priority placement and commercial opportunities. The Operator Performance Policy sets out how it is applied.
It is the growth track for operators on BINS APP: fleet expansion and financing pathways, equipment procurement, custom equipment and colors, BINS APP branded equipment options, priority placement and access to commercial opportunities as performance history builds.
BINS APP is not a lender. Qualified operators may access financing pathways and procurement options through the program — described as options that may be available, never as guaranteed approval. See the Financing Disclaimer for the full disclosures.
No. Qualified independent operators can participate in BINS APP branded growth programs without purchasing a traditional franchise territory. Branded equipment use is governed by the Branding Program Terms.
Reach the team through the contact page or at info@binsapp.ai. Include your operator account details and the job in question so support can pick it up without a round trip.
