You can start a booking and enter your job details from any service page. You review the available options and pricing for your job before anything is confirmed, and you create or sign in to your account as part of confirming the booking.
Independent local service businesses. BINS APP is a cleanup and site-services marketplace and operating platform — providers register as real businesses, provide insurance and licensing documentation, and are matched to jobs in the service areas they cover.
Each dumpster size is listed with its typical use cases during booking, and the dumpster rental page covers how sizes map to common projects. If you are between sizes, the Help Center covers the trade-offs, including weight allowances on heavier materials such as concrete, dirt, brick and roofing shingles.
Yes. You can message your provider and request an extension, a swap or a different pickup time from your order. Keeping a dumpster beyond the agreed rental period without prior approval may result in additional daily rental charges.
Payments for services booked through BINS APP are processed securely through Stripe. Provider payouts for completed work are also issued through Stripe.
