Developments Corp, leading multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects including acquisitions, entitlements, construction management, redevelopment, and high-rise pre-development planning in downtown Orlando.
Entrepreneurial Track Record
Previously, John founded PostinShare, a patented social commerce marketplace whose concepts were later adopted at scale by major platforms, strengthening his background in intellectual property strategy, disruptive technology, and startup growth.
