User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BINS APP mobile application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. BINS APP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of violating these terms.

3. Service Overview

BINS APP provides a digital marketplace connecting dumpster owners with individuals and businesses seeking dumpster rental services. BINS APP is not a dumpster operator and does not own or control any dumpsters listed on the platform.

4. Fees & Payments

We charge a 10% platform fee on each transaction. Customers will also see two optional insurance services automatically added at checkout:

  • $49 Cancellation Insurance (Opt-out): Covers last-minute cancellations.
  • Users can manually deselect these add-ons if not desired.
  • $39 Driveway Protection (Opt-out): Covers potential property damage during drop-off/pick-up.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the app, provide false information, conduct illegal dumping, or harass vendors/customers. BINS APP reserves the right to ban any user or vendor for misconduct.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations without the $49 protection will be subject to vendor-specific fees. Refunds are not guaranteed unless protection was purchased.

7. Limitation of Liability

BINS APP is not liable for property damage, delays, non-performance, or injuries related to dumpster usage. Vendors are independent and fully responsible for their services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.

9. Prohibited Items List

The following may NOT be disposed of in dumpsters:

  • Asbestos
  • Tires
  • Car batteries
  • Paints and chemicals
  • Medical waste
  • Electronics (where local E-waste laws apply)
  • Wet paint
  • Propane tanks
  • Refrigerant appliances
  • Explosives
  • Any illegal material under federal, state, or local law

Partner Agreement: Vendor Agreement

1. Independent Contractor Status

Vendors acknowledge they are not employees of BINS APP. They assume full responsibility for licenses, insurance, taxes, and customer service.

2. Performance Standards

Vendors must:Ensure timely delivery and pickupMaintain clean and safe dumpstersRespond to customer inquiries promptly.

3. Platform Fee

BINS APP collects a 10% service fee from each transaction, deducted automatically.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Dumping of hazardous materials, failure to pick up on time, and customer abuse are grounds for suspension or termination.

5. Dispute Resolution

Vendor-customer disputes should be resolved professionally. If unresolved, BINS APP may mediate but assumes no liability.

6. Insurance

Vendors must carry active general liability and auto insurance and comply with all state/local regulations.

8. Legal / Patent Protection

NoticeAll technology, designs, business processes, and visual elements used by BINS APP CORP are protected under current U.S. intellectual property law. A federal utility patent application was filed in early 2024. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or misappropriation of any part of this platform will result in legal action.

9. Privacy Policy Summary Information

How It’s Used: Facilitate transactions, improve service, marketing
